We purchased two of these power units. They arrived in perfect condition. We have not used them yet. They look very nice, but the manufacturer did not include a shred of documentation. We had to go through an elaborate process with Northern Tool to get a manual. What arrived was not even a manual-- just some technical sheets with handwritten notes all over the pages. Without a manual, we couldn't figure out where the inputs and outputs were! This is a real defficiency which they should rectify immediately.
