We ordered this faucet (plus the in-wall valve and pop-up drain) for a powder room renovation. We had shopped for it locally and the best price we could find was $717 for everything. Got it on Amazon for a hair under $500. It is extremely well made, very heavy solid brass.

Unfortunately, many contractors (including plumbers) have little or no experience with wall-mount faucets, and it resulted in a series of installation mistakes that wound up damaging the spout part of the valve, making it unusable. The plumber thought it was due to a mis-manufactured shank on which the spout had to be mounted, so we asked Moen to send a replacement shank. Turns out it was not the shank; we needed a new valve. We called Moen back and described the problem in more detail. Despite the fact that the problem had been caused by the contractor, Moen sent us a new valve (which retails for ~$90). That solved the problem and the faucet is now installed and working perfectly.

Until now, we've never had a Moen faucet in the house, but I will tell you that as a result of Moen's "whatever-it-takes" prompt customer service, any future plumbing or bathroom/kitchen accessories we need are going to be Moen.
