I really wanted the Kichler Pendant light and tried TWICE to get it. I have to commend the chat line -- they really did try hard to help me out but both times the light came to me in pieces. I don't know if it's Kichler's fault for not packaging the light correctly or Amazon's. Whoever is responsible (perhaps the shipping company??) I was very displeased.
