It took some time to install everything , we do need a professional person to install the plate on the ceiling....but after that it's Amazing ! You have to first install the plate on the ceiling and then only you can tie the crystal. Everyone feel that price of this is around $2000 because of elegant and classy look ! I liked it ! only thing, it's very heavy ( around 14 LB) so make sure you have strong ceiling and it was installed properly.
