Seisco RA-28 Tankless Electric Water Heater Review

I've owned the Seisco RA-28 Tankless Electric Water Heater for over 8 years. I only use it half the year however. Until Feb. 2012, the heater operated flawlessly and was exactly what I hoped for. Since then, I've had a repeated problem with the circuit board, which required me to replace it 3 times. As a result, I've had a few opportunities to communicate with their president and customer support personnel.

Everyone I spoke with, from the receptionist to the technicians, especially Anthony and Sarah, was outstanding and tried to help any way possible. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant, and I can't praise them enough. And when my plumbers called them, they walked them through every step necessary to address any problems or installations.

I was particularly surprised at how easy it was to communicate with the president, David Seitz, who, on his website, invites customers to contact him if they need assistance. He told me the Seisco family is a caring company, and I agree.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but for the recent problems with the heater.
