Purchased this unit as we have Hans Grohe faucets and really liked the style. Wanted something that would last and look good. Installation was simple and the quality seems fine. The only thing that is a bit of a pain is when you use the pull-out hose, it is almost impossible to turn on the water and then pull out the hose as the metal casing around the hose 'stiffins' significantly under pressure to make it quite inflexible. Pulling the hose out first, then turning on the water seems to be the best approach, although the hose is still harder to use than a cheaper synthetic hose. This makes is less easy to use and you have to think about it all the time. Love the style, but would probably keep searching for a more user-friendly hose and get a dual spray as well.
