This is a beautiful piece of lighting with one fatal flaw which is also its major strength.

What makes this lamp particularly beautiful is that its bulbs are encased in crystals that gives its light a chandlier-like glow, which greatly enhances both the look of the lamp and the light that it produces. You can say it is crystal light.

Unfortunately, those same crystals also gives your eyes unexpected side-effects. Namely, once you stare at the lighting too long (few seconds), the crystal glares makes you start seeing doubles (especially when staring at a computer screen or HDTV). You will also see imaginary "stars". In worse cases, it may cause dizziness.

Fortunately, most of the negative side effects are negated once the lighting is set to low. The manufacturer has wisely added a light dimmer which allows for lower light setting. This is not recommended for those who need bright lights.

I also didn't like the fact the outer plastic casing broke while I was putting this together. Please do not screw the the casing to the maximum. Otherwise, it will probably cause a crack to the beautiful plastic casing. I had to get replacement parts for around $17.

Pros:
1)Gorgeous lamp that creates chandlier-like glow in your room. You will love this lamp at its lower light setting.
2)Relatively high quality materials.
3)Built-in light dimmer comes very handy.

Cons:
1)The crystal glare can cause weird side-effects on your eyes that makes you see double and "stars". It can cause headaches. This annoying effect can be negated by setting the lighting to a low luminosity.
2)Not recommended for those who are looking for a bright lamp to brighten the room.
3)The outer plastic casing of the lamps can easily crack while screwing it together. It is rather fragile. I recommend not rotating them to the maximum allowed.

TOTO Carlyle II 1 Piece Toilet CL WHITE MS614114CEFG#11 Review

We love our new toilet. The only caution I want to mention is that the water supply needs to be 8" away from the center line (you can get away with 7") Because the skirt will interfere with the water supply if it is too close to the toilet.

This is an expensive toilet (worth it though). But you'll probably have to pay another couple hundred to get a plumber to move your water line. Or do it yourself but again that's still a hassle. I've read that the Ultramax doesn't have this issue.

The toilet gives a powerful flush eventhough it only uses 1.28gpf.

The shipping carrier, ESTES, was a bit of a headache for me. The people who schedule the delivery kept insisting that they would only deliver the toilet to the curb and would not bring it up my driveway. Long story short, the scheduling people were misinformed and the delivery guy did indeed bring the toilet to my house with a hand truck. But they had me worrying about that for a while.

Note: This toilet is more difficult to scrub clean due to the way the toilet is designed where the water enters the bowl. My traditional toilet brush can't get to all the places it needs to scrub. Not an issue with my other Toto toilets.

The ladder itself was fairly good quality, but the particle board door was smashed in. Sending such a large heavy object should require much better packaging to protect the item.
