This light is almost too beautiful for words. The back plate looks like mirror, but nothing like the cheap brass/silver back plates used in the 80's! It's solid and substantial, with beautiful mesh baskets that incase the lights. The color of the lights themself are soft and warm, yet put out plenty of light! This went into a hall bath off the kitchen, which gets lots of use by guests, and I haven't had one yet that hasn't asked where I got that light fixture, men included! Placed it above the mirror, and the reflections off each other are pure hollywood glamour!
