OKAY:We bought this sink on an impulse. We got home, and checked the reviews online. My heart stopped when I read ALL negative reviews. We didn't know how to proceed, except to hold our noses and dive in... Which we did. We checked the spots for centers and made a minor adjustment. A tap-tap here, and a tap-tap there and *poof!* the insert we wanted out popped right out. We did a little more chiseling and voil ! the hole was done.
We installed the hardware, sealed the seam and mounted the sink and it is beautiful in black. Sorry for the others' mishaps, but we were very patient and it installed as designed...
