Do not buy this product! I had mine for 7 months and it stopped working. I read the manual and it said to clean the injector. The manual does not tell you where the injector is located. I called Technical support and the helped me clean the injector. After 3 days and many recycles I was still without soft water. I made another call to tech support and promised they would return my call that day. That never happened. After over a dozen calls and 4 voice mails to tech support I did get a human to talk to me. Without my receipt I was out of luck. The warranty is for a minimum of 2 years. They do not stand behind their product.
