Since the unit is working NOW, I will rate it as average. I originally received the unit and it was damaged. First, it appeared as if it were used. The casing was bent, paint chipped off, screws missing. When it was installed (Correctly) and turned on, smoke billowed out of control unit - rendering it useless. Sent back for replacement. Once again, the unit was beat from shipping. The top heat vent was bent. Screws missing. The control board was not even screwed to the main framing. It appeared as if my two year old had prepped it for shipping.

So far, the unit is working. If I had to do it again, I will go with a different company and brand. Not satisfied with the craftsmanship (Lack of). Interestingly, I have a Pentair unit that is over 5 years old and seems to be in better shape cosmetically than the new one I ordered.
