Product is OK. I ordered both this Chandelier and a smaller one for our foyer. Amazing how much pay for mediocre quality in lighting fixtures!
First problem: stickers on the Candle Sleeve Covers. Who wants to look at stickers on their light fixtures? I removed them, which left sticky residue. Took that off by lightly rubbing Goo Gone on the part. Took off the residue AND the finish.
Second problem: missing part.
First I called Capital Lighting to ask about getting these parts. They don't deal with the consumer. Then I called Amazon who also doesn't deal with these issues. They did say I could order the parts through a local dealer & they would reimburse me. So now I could go someplace where I didn't order the product & ask them to solve my problem.
My thinking: if you sell a product, you should be able to handle these issues.
The prices for fixtures is basically the same, no matter where you order them. Since our local dealers have proved disappointing, I choose to order Amazon.
In the future, on products like these, plumbing fixtures, etc., I probably will not order through Amazon.
