Very Simple Design

Cons:
Installing wire to crystal assembly was incredibly difficult- but got it to work after I used 4 plastic washers and, a piece of foam.

Other points:
I can't tell if it can be placed on a dimmer- would be happy to see the seller include this information in the description!!

Second, the first image was a little deceptive- we honestly thought we were buying hanging flower crystals- instead of snow flakes... ha!
