I love this tub. I've always wished all tubs were this deep. A word of caution though: it is about 6" taller than average and not as easy to step into as you might think. I don't recommend this depth for elderly or otherwise limited mobility users. The quality is nice and it looks great. It isn't very thick material, but doesn't feel flimsy at all once installed. The first one I received was damaged, but Amazon took care of it. With truck shipping of delicate items you always need to remove them from the box before signing the ticket and write down any damage on the ticket. I think Amazon would have handled it either way though, I just called them up and they sent another one immediately. Shipping takes about a week on this item though.
